IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA DURING
THE AFTERNOON...WITH THE CHANCE FOR STORMS SPREADING SOUTHEAST TO
NEAR INTERSTATE 80 BY LATE TONIGHT. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED.

HOT TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S AND HUMID
CONDITIONS WILL YIELD HIGHEST HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 95 TO 100
DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME LIKELY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY
NIGHT FOR PARTS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO
EASTERN NEBRASKA SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SOUTHWEST IOWA SUNDAY
EVENING. INSTABILITY AND SHEAR PROFILES ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE
FRONT WILL PROMOTE STRONG TO POTENTIALLY SEVERE STORMS WITH LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS POSSIBLE. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN COULD ALSO
OCCUR SUNDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND
SOUTHWEST IOWA.

MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LABOR DAY THROUGH
TUESDAY NIGHT...THEN AGAIN WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
